Yoga With Alanna was born from a simple but powerful belief: that yoga should be accessible, welcoming and genuinely transformative for everyone — not just the naturally flexible or the already-fit.
Based in Manchester, Alanna brings warmth, skill and real enthusiasm to every class. Whether she is guiding students through an energising Power Yoga flow or holding space for a calming Hatha session, her focus is always the same: helping people feel better in their bodies and quieter in their minds.
Yoga, as Alanna teaches it, is a practice of alignment — uniting the mental and the physical, the breath and the movement. It is not about achieving a perfect pose. It is about discovering what your body is capable of when you give it your full attention.
From energising Power Yoga to flowing Vinyasa classes and calming Hatha sessions, Alanna creates supportive spaces where students can reduce stress, improve confidence and reconnect with themselves. The goal is not perfection — it is helping people feel stronger, healthier and happier in everyday life.
